What you'll be doing day to day<\/h3>
Contributing to a seamless customer experience with a safe and efficient in-store logistics process. Securing product availability with the highest quality at the lowest cost with a safe, sustainable and healthy work environment in mind. \n\u2022 Securing the right balance of inbound and outbound volume, by considering space, equipment and people, to maximize efficient retail store logistics operations.\n\u2022 Managing daily flow operation through quality of products, merchandising and stock accuracy. \n\u2022 Ensuring your team of goods flow co-workers have the knowledge and empowerment to secure goods availability and to enable the customer order fulfillment process.\n\u2022 Contributing to and following up on the retail store logistics action plan.\n\u2022 Contributing to long-term profitability goals in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.\n\u2022 Promoting health and safety in goods handling<\/div>

What you'll be doing day to day<\/h3>

Because we know that when we produce less waste, we\u2019ll be able to leave a cleaner, healthier planet to the generations to come. \n\nAs a Product Recovery Associate, contributing to the recovery and sustainability work in the store, you will: \n\nContribution in minimizing all internal damages or other costs related to IKEA products. \n\nTake necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly. \n\nPresent IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store. \n\nSupport the quality work in the store in order to constantly improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products. \n\nAlways consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products. \n\nContribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.<\/div>
