What you'll be doing day to day<\/h3>

Because we know that when we produce less waste, we\u2019ll be able to leave a cleaner, healthier planet to the generations to come. \n\nAs a Product Recovery Associate, contributing to the recovery and sustainability work in the store, you will: \n\nContribution in minimizing all internal damages or other costs related to IKEA products. \n\nTake necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly. \n\nPresent IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store. \n\nSupport the quality work in the store in order to constantly improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products. \n\nAlways consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products. \n\nContribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.<\/div>

What you'll need to have<\/h3>
\u2022 1 year work experience\n\u2022 Retail experience in safety, security, or loss prevention preferred\n\u2022 High School Diploma or equivalent\nCandidates in Oregon, New York, and St. Louis, MO, must be eligible to obtain a security guard license as required by applicable local law. Obtaining the security guard license is a required condition of employment for this role.<\/div>
