What you'll be doing day to day<\/h3>
As a Warehouse Supervisor, supporting co-workers and the operations at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will: \n\nEncourage independent development and consistent performance management for co-workers. \n\nResource planning of daily shift model by consistently monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS). \n\nTrack and complete time and pay system requests. \n\nEnsure inbound and outbound flow is processed according to IKEA Warehousing Concept. \n\nAdhere to and promote the expectations of Quality for Life and Safety Standards within the unit. \n\nContribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.<\/div>

QUALIFICATIONS<\/h3>
Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse, or Retail Distribution preferred.\n1 to 3 years of leadership experience \nExperience in leading and developing people \nExperience with Material Handling Equipment \n\nProficient in Microsoft Office<\/div>
