WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Minimum experience: 5 years • Experience in managing, leading and developing people preferably in customer centric service or retail environment. • Knowledge of business management principles, strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Hires, onboards and trains the recovery leaders and co-workers. Directs the overall selection, onboarding, development of co-workers. Creates individual development plans to secure succession. Manages resource planning, co-worker relations issues and performance and delegates responsibilities. Ensures we have a highly competent and performing team capable of delivering an excellent customer shopping experience and securing department routines. • Reinforces affordability through second life product offer by managing department programs including buyback and furniture leasing as a service. • Serves as the leading circular ambassador of the IKEA brand to all co-workers and customers through repacking, recycling, spare parts library and Buy Back. • Secures commercial review is being used to develop the business and the co-worker's. Secure commerciality and safety of the AS-IS sales floor and other recovery areas. • Analyzes the business and determines opportunities to generate revenue, reduce cost and engage with customers. Contributes to the business plan and transfer cost budget process within the store. • Monitors store KPI performance and create tactical actions to improve performance of all recovery processes: including cross functional processes (Returns, Quality Claims, Back to stock, Selling). • Partners with all other areas to proactively allocate resources in order to meet the changing needs of the store. Creates strategies that result in internal service agreements with relevant partners. • Partners with Matrix and serves as a resource for other stores by providing proven solutions and best practices • Cooperates across functions and leads interdependently to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focusing on prevention, revenue, sustainability and quality.
