What you'll be doing day to day
As the Retail Sales Specialist, Kitchens, providing coaching and developmental support to our leaders on sales approaches and various tactics, you will:
• Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to Selling plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact.
• Support Core Area Leaders and Business Leaders in coaching retail store co-workers on how to provide an excellent sales interaction and experience.
• Implement global IKEA sales tactics in the retail stores, as well as contribute to developing new local sales approaches and tactics.
• Document local best practices to share knowledge, competence and information with other stores and Ingka markets.
• Collect feedback on effectiveness of sales approaches and improvement ideas in order to develop new sales approaches and tactics.
• Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the selling function in order to contribute to the business goals.
• Measure performance of output in sales activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year
• Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.
