What you'll be doing day to day
As a Warehouse Manager at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you’ll sit near the beginning of the IKEA product journey ensuring we make our products available to the many people. You will:
Plan the operational staffing and equipment needs by using forecasting tools and reports.
Monitor short- and long-term forecasting models to ensure cohesiveness with the budget and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to secure optimal operational results.
Increase operational efficiency to reduce costs and improve productivity.
Lead and develop unit leaders and co-workers through open and honest development conversations, sharing knowledge of the IKEA culture and business.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALITFICATIONS
Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or retail distribution is preferred.
5+ years of leading leaders experience
An analytical and problem-solving approach to challenges
6 Sigma, Strategic, Lean warehousing
Strong developmental capabilities
Requirements
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for the length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The pay range for this role is $84,686 to $123,418 based on like-for-like experience
