• Creating a customer-centric environment that empowers a diverse group of co-workers to support the customers in a meaningful way • Building, leading, inspiring, coaching & developing a diverse team of engaged, attentive, and knowledgeable co-workers • The Store Leader will be providing an exceptional IKEA shopping and brand experience to visitors and customers • The Store Leader will be partnering with appropriate field support partners (Compliance, HR, Safety & Security, etc.) to ensure adherence to all company standards of processes & procedures. • Analyzing business reports and trends and works with other leaders and co-workers to take appropriate steps to grow the business in support of the co-worker, customer, and overall organization. • Store Leaders will work with all areas of the business - Sales, good flow, replenishment, food service and other areas
