What you'll be doing day to day
• Ensures maximized retail sales by analyzing add-on performance, tracking stock availability, and identifying when changes are needed.
• Drives conversions with visually appealing displays of top selling/most profitable add-on products.
• Selects and plans implementation/change-out of add-ons throughout the entire retail store in cooperation with internal partners to meet customers’ needs and maximize sales.
• Ensures the team has knowledge of product ranges and services to improve customers’ overall shopping experience.
• Directs the overall selection, onboarding, development of co-workers. Manages resource planning, co-worker relations and performance issues, and delegates responsibilities.
• Contributes to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years of experience managing, leading and developing people in a retail, customer-centric environment.
• Prior Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting and resource allocation.

The salary range for this position is $62,158 to $89,950
