What you'll be doing day to day

As a Service Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, you will drive operational excellence, secure compliant and efficient ways of working, and lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service experiences. In this role, you will: • Oversee the setup, configuration, and daily operations of assigned solution(s) to meet market needs and deliver service fulfilment excellence within scope. • Ensure compliant ways of working by following standard operating procedures, IWAY, agreed frameworks, and legal requirements—while securing that co-workers operate in line with local health, safety, security, and environmental legislation. • Drive operational efficiency through route planning, dynamic capacity steering, and optimal use of service capacities. • Enable effective support for daily operations by securing root cause analysis of problems to optimize the fulfilment of home furnishing services. • Analyze service fulfilment excellence measurements to continuously improve efficiency in execution and ensure high-quality customer experiences within scope. • Collaborate actively with key partners at Group and Country level and/or units, representing Service Fulfilment in related forums. • Monitor and advance the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda to improve efficiency within the area of responsibility. • Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering communication, flexibility, competence growth, succession planning, and a work environment that supports equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being. • Provide learning opportunities to service partners to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their tasks effectively.
