What you'll be doing day to day

As a Business Account Specialist, you will: Develop and sustain enduring partnerships with local businesses, embodying the IKEA brand when engaging with business customers. Perform customer needs analysis as input for the B2B Interior Designer. Collaborate with colleagues across functions to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and keep customers informed about any plan changes. Present, negotiate, and sell larger projects to the customer and their stakeholders/management group. Generate sales quotations, oversee customer journeys, and ensure projects reach successful completion. Meet with customers at customer meeting points or at the customer’s location. Offer guidance to customers on suitable IKEA product options for their intended use, providing details about product certifications and standards to meet local regulations and standards. Understand and contribute to department action plans. Maximize sales by helping the customer to find solutions and services that meet their needs and budget. Contributes to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of related experience. Experience in selling to business customers.
