What you'll be doing day to day
You’ll be the driving force behind making the customer’s dream kitchen a reality. Acting as a liaison between the customer and service providers like designers, contractors and IKEA sales co-workers. You’ll ensure a brilliantly executed kitchen remodeling experience.
• Reviewing all kitchen installation services to ensure that the Kitchen & Bath Service standards are met or exceeded.
• Acting as the central point of communication between service providers and customers for all installation issues, deviations and resolutions.
• Coaching co-workers to boost sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Providing performance feedback on external service providers and IKEA sales department to continually improve the customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
3 years of experience with vendor relationship management
