What you'll be doing day to day
As a Human Resources (People & Culture) Business Partner, supporting the store manager in human resources strategies, you will:
Act as a People & Culture business partner to the unit manager on all HR topics.
Act as a People & Culture business partner to the unit manager on all HR topics.
Lead and develop the unit People & Culture team to provide an excellent co-worker experience.
Implement the localized human resources strategy and guide the unit management team to enhance leadership capabilities aligned with business needs.
Support the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant goals, together with the unit managers.
Ensure delivery of learning & training at the unit level, supported by the People & Culture Generalist or Market Area Learning Delivery Specialist.
Ensure local employer communication is consistent, well-perceived, and builds on the IKEA brand.
Collaborate with the market area manager to maintain an up-to-date succession process and plan, emphasizing the importance of managers taking the lead in developing talent and nurturing high-potential performers.
Be a good example of IKEA leadership in ways that express the IKEA values within and outside IKEA, and together with the unit managers, help to safeguard and promote the IKEA Culture.
Manage the coworker relations plan, ensuring effective local interactions and compliance with labor principles, policies, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the Business Navigation Manager to allocate budgeted hours, aligning with business and co-worker needs to enable an efficient people planning process.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
Minimum of 2 years in leadership role.
Experience with developing people and organizations.
Experience from a global matrix organization and/or participating on global projects.
