What you'll be doing day to day

As a Forestland Business Administrator, responsible for leading all financial and administrative support functions to efficiently operate and grow the U.S. Forestland portfolio, you will: Coordinate timber sale accounting process including reconciliation and review of timber harvest settlements. Manage reparation and review of invoices related to internal resource management and central Atlanta offices. Provide data entry and processing support for the finance team. Provide administrative support for acquisition and divestment activities including stakeholder correspondence, transaction recording, and investment material preparation. Administer general service agreements and timber sales contracts, including renewals, amendments, and invoice/payment processing. Manage vendor set up and ensure compliance with Ingka ways of working. Perform general administrative functions such as monitoring and submission of expense claims, office lease document control, and file structure. Coordinate insurance related administrative activities related to the forestland portfolio. Organize and maintain SharePoint file structure and flow. Oversee contract tracking for the forestland portfolio and collaborate with resource managers to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
