What you'll be doing day to day
As a Warehouse Systems Superuser, responsible for providing local support for all IT equipment and coordinating Warehouse Management System (WMS) application for the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
Support the operation by ensuring WMS and associated equipment are available, well configured, and maintained.
Implement system enhancements to increase efficiency & quality and decrease costs.
Secure IT related equipment and supply inventory, adhere to matrix specific processes and schedules for replacement.
Understand and communicate system data and metrics to drive actionable unit insights.
Capture, analyze, document, and agree on local system and IT equipment requests and needs.
Secure and support end-user system and equipment training efforts.
Work with operational partners to capture potential future unit needs.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfilment unit.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous IT and/or help desk experience preferred.
Technical experience with hardware and software.
Highly proficient in MS Office skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to prepare, analyze, and report complex data.
You may previously have held roles like: Warehouse Management Systems Specialist, Distribution Specialist, IT Help Desk Analyst, Operations Systems Specialist, WMS Specialist, WMS Application Manager, Warehouse Super User
Requirements
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
