What you'll be doing day to day
Execute operational requirements in a small/medium size unit, by leading a team of co-workers to
optimize the value and efficiency of assigned properties in a sustainable way according to the Real
Estate scope in Ingka.
• Develop an efficient team ensuring co-workers understand the overall vision, direction, delivery process and responsibilities for assigned initiatives. Identify team and individual goals based on Real Estate business plan to ensure execution of the FM scope. Actively support succession planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, in order to optimize end value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way. Ensure that co-workers and external partners have up to date awareness and understanding of all frameworks, guidelines and initiatives issued by Group Real Estate.
• Deliver forecast, follow-ups and input to investment and SISAN budgets. Execute activities related to contract and supplier management to improve efficiencies/costs/equipment and quality. Ensure
appropriate resources are available to manage the Real Estate business in the units and all the projects from start to finish.
• Execute operational requirements, by leading a team of co-workers, ensuring all relevant facilities management documentation is consistent with Ingka standards and complies with all relevant legislation, regulations and agreements to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, customers and other stakeholders.
