What you'll be doing day to day
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate reported inventory deviations.
- Maintain a close connection with the unit operations and support inventory availability.
- Audit outbound orders in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements.
- Perform cycle counting in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements.
- Support KPI metrics by completing local unit reporting processes.
- Follow operating procedures to detect and correct inventory discrepancies.
- Safely operating Powered Material Handling Equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Qualifications
• General warehouse or previous inventory experience preferred.
- Comfortable with platform equipment at varying heights.
- Comfortable with walking and riding bicycle throughout warehouse.
- Prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
