What you'll be doing day to day

• Ensure strong product availability and support a seamless customer experience. • Collaborate with commercial and supply chain partners to execute accurate operational forecasting. • Support commercial activities, promotions, peak planning, and sales steering. • Manage product range administration, including range changes, sales space parameters, and forecasting. • Monitor and optimize stock structure to reduce avoidable stock and improve capacity utilization. • Drive stock accuracy through inventory execution, analysis, and root‑cause identification. • Maintain correct replenishment and range management through proactive monitoring and action. • Communicate goods flow and operational updates to commercial teams. • Analyze supply, inventory, and sales data to identify improvements and support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of experience in retail, supply chain and/or customer service experience • Experience in problem-solving and process improvement • Ability to use relevant IT systems, solutions, and tools
