Project Leader II- Launch and Adoption

Guide and execute work, through collaboration, with stakeholders, to develop, deliver and hand over project(s) to relevant operational areas. Identify risks, proposing effective solutions for mitigation.

Coach and support co-workers to achieve operational goals and objectives through excellence in leading projects. • Track and Manage dependencies and interfaces within the project and with other business activities. • Guide and execute work to collaborate with stakeholders to hand over projects to relevant operational areas. Identify risks, proposing effective solutions for mitigation. • Build strategic partnerships with key decision makers and manage timely, as well as effective communication with all stakeholders. • Deliver all activities to the required quality, within the defined time and cost frames, applying relevant functional competence.
