What you'll be doing day to day
As an Information & Communication Specialist, responsible for developing strategic communication plans to ensure operational success within the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
- Lead strategic communication initiatives within the unit in alignment with matrix partners.
- Promote communications best practices, securing resources for the unit strategic communications plan.
- Find new, innovative communication solutions that deliver business results and reach strategic objectives.
- Actively push for improvement of content creation, driving effectiveness and efficiency in communication fit.
- Support the unit leadership team with identifying opportunities to apply or enhance communications resources.
- Maintain communication resources applicable to the People objectives and requirements.
- Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Qualifications
• Experience with strategic planning or business planning.
- Experience with crisis communication.
- Understanding of communication trends and the ability to turn them into effective communication.
