What you'll be doing day to day
ASSIGNMENTS
• Secure the execution of Commercial activation, range changes and operational
forecasting in the unit.
• Take the lead in monitoring and securing correct range and stock accuracy
management in the unit.
• Support operations by securing an optimal stock structure and proactively working
to reduce avoidable stock resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
• Lead the Integration Co-workers in the assigned area of responsibility to secure the
highest goods availability at the lowest possible cost.
• Take direct lead with identifying, recruiting retaining, and developing a high
performing Integration team by working closely with Operations team, including
communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development,
succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality,
diversity and inclusion and well-being.
