What you'll be doing day to day

- Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers, while creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store. - Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience. - Assembling display products for the introduction of new products. - Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs. - Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products. - Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability. - Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector • Warehouse/logistics, inventory, stocking, or shipping/receiving experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time BENEFITS ELIGIBLE?: Yes HOURS – 12-20 hours per week. Must be able to work some weekdays and weeknights, and must have complete open working availability on Saturdays & Sundays between the hours of 9:00AM to 10:30PM.
